Beyonce, Jay-Z File Signed Marriage License

While neither Beyonce nor Jay-Z has confirmed the two got hitched earlier this month in New York, the couple has now filed a signed wedding license, Access Hollywood has confirmed.

The license was filed on April 11 in Scarsdale, New York, a Scarsdale County Clerk told Access.

In addition, the license also confirms the music powerhouse couple wed on April 4, as has been reported.

Following what we now know was their private wedding ceremony, Beyonce and Jay-Z hosted a star-studded rooftop reception, which included the likes of Kelly Rowland, Michelle Williams, Gwyneth Paltrow, Chris Martin, as well as Beyonce’s mother, Tina, her father, Matthew, and sister, Solange.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the number four carries special significance to the couple.

Both Jay-Z and Beyonce were born on the 4th – Jay Z was born December 4, 1969, while Beyonce was born September 4, 1981.
