Glam Slam: Aniston’s Label Love
Have you noticed that Jennifer Aniston has been flaunting her long-time love all over the big screen and the red carpet these days? Wait, Jen’s long time love? Huh? Need a couple of hints? Italian, good looking, world famous and very, very stylish.
I’m talking about Jennifer’s on-going love affair with… Ferragamo. Whether it’s at a premiere, on set or off the clock, Jennifer’s constant companion is a stylish Ferragamo bag.
The actress was just photographed on the Beverly Hills set of her new film with Adam Sandler called ‘Just Go With It’ wearing Ferragamo’s Fiammetta bag in dark grey Alligator with a wooden Gancini closure. ($19,000) The bag is named after the late Fiamma Ferragamo, Salvatore’s daughter, who first started designing bags for the brand. This bag was taken from an original style she designed in the ‘70s.
Aniston also personally chose Ferragamo’s Sofia black leather bag ($1,650) for ‘The Bounty Hunter,’ her just released action-comedy with Gerald Butler. The bag, which the company describes as “the cult bag from Ferragamo’s recent collections,” appears in many scenes in the movie. (It’s also the same bag that Katie and Suri both have… their matching Sofia bags are in mercury-colored leather and the mommy and me styles go for $1,750 and $850!).
Looking like a very tanned and toned goddess, Jennifer went with another Ferragamo bag when she accessorized her draped Donna Karan nude colored gown with a vintage-style honey-colored beige clutch ($3,200 and available for special order) at the New York premiere of ‘The Bounty Hunter.’ All three sightings in the last nine days!
Ferragamo is having a moment, alright. Actually, the actress and her label love for the famed Italian house go way back. Aniston has been a huge fan of the brand and its chic and classic styles for years. Not surprising, considering that she’s never one to slavishly follow trends. Jen knows what she likes and what works for her – timeless, understated luxury. Click here for a photo gallery of Jen and her many Ferragamo bags.
