Britney Runs Over Photographer’s Foot; Settles Previous Parking Lot Fender Bender

Britney Spears ran over a photographer’s foot on Thursday as paparazzi swarmed the pop star while she was leaving a Beverly Hills medical building parking garage, according to reports.

Video of the incident shows Brit behind the wheel of her white Mercedes convertible, slowly pulling out of the garage as her usual swarm of photographers begins to surround the car bathing Brit and her passenger in a sea of flash bulbs.

Britney can be heard honking her horn before the video shows one man falling on the ground near her front tire, after she allegedly ran over his foot. However, the video does not show the man’s foot actually being run over.

As the man stands up, other photographers can be heard saying, “He’s OK.”

A seemingly shocked Britney raises her hand to her mouth and appears to be crying as she continues to slowly pull out of the garage, without stopping to check on the man’s condition.

As of this morning, the Beverly Hills Police Department and the Los Angeles Police Department tell Access Hollywood no report has been filed regarding the incident.

The incident comes on the heels of Britney reaching a settlement with the woman whose car Britney hit in a parking lot back in August.

Kim Rifkin, the owner of the vehicle Britney hit, spoke with Access Hollywood on Thursday night and confirmed she and Britney have settled out of court.

Rifkin told Access Britney will pay to have her car repaired and for a rental car in the meantime. Britney’s attorney phoned Rifkin to apologize on behalf of his client.

When the attorney offered to have Britney come to Rifkin’s house to apologize in person, Rifkin said that wasn’t necessary, adding the pop star, “has way more than enough problems right now.”

On Tuesday, Britney turned herself into police to face misdemeanor hit-and-run charges stemming from the parking lot fender bender.
