Andy Mientus is about to flip the scales on “The Flash,” and Access Hollywood has an exclusive sneak peek at the actor in action.

In these brand new photos, the Broadway star (and “Smash” alum) turns up as The Pied Piper/Hartley Rathaway, a meta human able to manipulate sound waves.

Hartley is a former protege of Dr. Harrison Wells (Tom Cavanagh).

And like many denizens of Central City, he’s after revenge on the doc for how the S.T.A.R. Labs particle accelerator explosion affected him. He poses a threat to Dr. Wells and Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen/The Flash.

Hartley also has a connection to Cisco (Carlos Valdes) and Caitlin (Danielle Panabaker) as he used to work with them.
