‘The Intern’ Trailer: Anne Hathaway & Robert De Niro Team Up

Anne Hathaway, meet your new intern – Robert De Niro.

In “The Intern,” Hatahway plays high powered-fashion industry CEO Jules Ostin, who gets more than she bargained for with her new intern – a 70-year-old widower named Ben (De Niro), who wants to get back into the business world after seeing retirement isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

Cue the old-guy-gets-on-social-media joke, an awkward encounter with an in-office masseuse and what appears to be a blossoming BFF-ship between Jules and Ben, and you’ve got the new dramedy from director Nancy Meyers (“The Parent Trap”; “Something’s Gotta Give”).

“The Intern” hits theaters September 25.
