‘Arrow’: Stephen Amell Says Ring Will Be Seen Again ‘Sometime During The Season’
Right now, Team Arrow has a huge Damien Darhk problem to deal with in Star City, so plans for the future are on hold.
But, don’t expect the gorgeous sparkler Oliver had for Felicity in the “Arrow” Season 4 premiere to remain forgotten.
It will be back “sometime during the season,” Stephen Amell told reporters last Thursday night on the “Arrow” set.
When AccessHollywood.com asked Emily Bett Rickards, who plays Felicity, about the ring, she too kept up the mystery.
“That thing is big. I haven’t tried it on yet, though, so we’ll see,” she said.

In related Smoak family news, in the weeks ahead, Felicity’s mom, Donna Smoak (Charlotte Ross) is set to make more appearances on the show. Asked by a reporter about the dynamic between Donna and Oliver, Stephen said there’s a great open dialogue between Mama Smoak and her daughter’s beau.
“I’d always imagined that Oliver and her had been speaking in the time between them leaving together and the end of Season 3 — them being Oliver and Felicity — and them… returning to sort of the suburbs. I’d always imagined that Oliver, in his nice, easy going state would have a dialogue with Donna Smoak, which was proven correct and leads to some funny moments, but the dynamic between the two of them is excellent,” Stephen said.
“Arrow” continues Wednesdays at 8/7c on The CW.
