Britney’s Latest Escapade: A Racy Rooftop Pool Party?

For Britney Spears, the hits just keep on coming. Those “hits” aren’t pop songs, however, but reports of her outrageous escapades!

The latest Brit-bit comes courtesy of Us Weekly, who report on Spears’ wild night of alleged drinking, kissing and topless antics with a music video extra.

Matt Encinias, a 21-year-old student reportedly attending California State University, Long Beach, told US about his “twisted night” with Britney, in which he reportedly got quite close to the mother of two.

Following a shoot for her new music video, Britney reportedly requested that the rooftop pool of LA’s Standard Downtown hotel be re-opened at 2:00 AM to accommodate her and the group she’d brought with her.

Among the pool-partiers was her then-assistant, Shannon Funk (who Brit reportedly fired last month), along with Encinias and other “hand-picked’ male extras from the day’s shoot. And once the party started, things took a rather racy turn!

“Britney was the first one to undress, and then everyone else followed,” Encinias recounted. “I turned around and saw that she was topless and she had fake tattoos of flowers on her nipples from the shoot.”

But Britney turned things up a notch when she reportedly suggested a game of “Truth or Dare,” which naturally led to more shenanigans.

“I was dared to get naked and get out of the pool and walk as though I was on a catwalk in a fashion show,” Encinias is quoted as saying. “Britney was laughing really hard.”

At some point during the course of events, Encinias found himself fulfilling an alleged request from Spears.

“I was told all she wanted to do that night was kiss a boy,” the 5’10” California native reportedly said. “And that’s what she did. Mission accomplished.”

Encinias graduated in 2004 from Newport Harbor High School in Newport Beach, Access Hollywood has learned. The school is the new location for the MTV show, “Newport Harbor: The Real Orange County” (the follow-up to MTV’s “Laguna Beach” series). He excelled at football in high school as a running back for his team, and was an All-league player in 2003.

Fun and games (and Encinias) aside, things may be getting serious for Britney — her ex-husband, Kevin Federline, is reportedly vying to gain full custody of their sons, 23-month-old Sean Preston and 11-month-old Jayden James.

Many reports have called Britney’s parenting skills into question, and her list of reported escapades keeps growing at a rapid rate — from her reported “meltdown” at OK! Magazine, to her questionable choices in food for the kids, and her hard-partying lifestyle.

A source close to Federline recently told Access that Federline’s camp have been watching Spears’ recent “bizarre” behavior very closely. The insider says Spears “has not met some benchmarks.” In particular, Spears’ recent trip to Las Vegas where her bodyguard tackled a man who allegedly bumped into her son Sean Preston, while trying to take photographs of the singer, has been a cause for concern.

A child custody order stemming from the finalization of Britney and Kevin’s divorce last Monday has been tentatively sealed, pending an Aug. 14 hearing.
