Britney Spears To Appear On Rolling Stone Cover

Britney Spears will appear on the cover of Rolling Stone in an upcoming issue.

Team Britney, who run the pop singer’s web site, confirmed the news in a blog post, Monday evening.

“It’s been a while since Britney’s graced the covers of the glossies,” the team wrote in a post. “But soon that will all change… Britney shot her Rolling Stone cover yesterday.”

Though no proofs were posted, Brit’s Web team said she “looked absolutely stunning.”

Britney has made several memorable appearances on the cover of Rolling Stone over the years including October 2003, when she appeared in just underwear under the headline “Britney On Justin, That Kiss And Being Alone,” and when she was 17 and appeared in bra and panties, holding a purple Tellytubby with the headline “Britney Spears: Inside the heart, Mind & Bedroom Of a Teen Dream.”
