ONE IS THE LONELIEST NUMBER: Lindsay Lohan opens up to NYLON magazine about life in the public eye as a young celebrity. The actress speaks of her feelings on having her every move scrutinized, reportedly saying, “Its fine, I can totally laugh at myself.” But she reportedly admits that while her life is a public affair, her chosen profession can be a lonely one: “I dont know whats going to happen tomorrow. I will say, though, that its so much harder to stay sober in New York. Though its hard in L.A. not to go out, it gets lonely. Being an actress is lonely, and I never want to be alone. I hate sleeping alone.
FAMILY TIES: Bruce Willis isn’t feeling lonely — in fact, he has quite the extended family to keep him company. USA TODAY reports on an interview with Willis for the upcoming issue of VANITY FAIR, in which he reportedly comments on the family dynamic of raising his three children alongside ex-wife Demi Moore and her current husband, Ashton Kutcher. “It’s hard for people to understand,” he reportedly says, “but we go on holidays together. We still raise our kids together. ? Demi is the mother of my children and Ashton is the stepfather of my children. I’m thrilled that Ashton turned out to be such a great guy. I love Demi, and I know she loves me.”
QUEEN OF ALL MEDIA?: Now that Rosie O’Donnell’s stint on “The View” is coming to a close, entertainment industry experts reportedly tell THE NY POST’s DON KAPLAN their thoughts on what she can do with her career next — namely, that she has the clout and power to launch another solo talk show. MEDIAWEEK’s MARC BERMAN comments on the “big” effect Rosie had on The View’s ratings, bringing it from 10th place to a solid 5th, “Especially when you consider that nine out of 10 daytime shows are down in the ratings,” he reportedly says. “I would say that Rosie clearly helped electrify ‘The View’ and has positioned herself nicely to enter into discussions with several syndicators,” reportedly says John Rash of media-buying firm Campbell Mithun. According to the report, insiders believe that a new talk show for Rosie could debut as soon as 2009.

A LITTLE BABY WHALE RIDER: 17 year-old actress Keisha Castle-Hughes has given birth to her first child, reports PEOPLE. The “Whale Rider” and “Nativity Story” star and her boyfriend, Bradley Hull, have reportedly named the baby Felicity-Amore. The child was born Wednesday at 6:35 p.m. and weighed 7 lb., 6 oz., according to the report. Castle-Hughes’ publicist, Gail Cowan, described the baby as “beautiful.”
IN HER OWN WORDS: Joyce Wagner, veteran entertainment journalist and former manager to Anna Nicole Smith, is pitching a new book filled with never-printed interviews with the departed Smith, reports THE NY DAILY NEWS RUSH & MOLLOY. “A lot of people are trying to tell her story,” Wagner reportedly says. “This is Anna talking about who she was.” Wagner claims that she and Anna Nicole began having recorded chats back in 1996, with the idea that a book would be written about Anna’s life. Eventually, the book reportedly fell apart, says Wagner – along with other projects Wagner lined up. “She blew off a Playboy magazine shoot and a big Dr Pepper commercial,” recalls Wagner to RUSH & MOLLOY. But now, Wagner reportedly says, “I feel morally compelled to put her words out there.”
BABY MAMAS IN THE MIST: And finally, some casting news. THE HOLLYWOOD REPORTER announces that Sigourney Weaver is in negotiations to join Tina Fey and Amy Pohler in the comedy “Baby Mama” for Universal Pictures. The film centers on a single career woman (Fey) whose desire to have a child and keep her career leads her to hire a surrogate (Pohler). Weaver will reportedly play Chaffee Bicknell, owner and operator of the surrogate agency that Fey’s character uses. Shooting is scheduled to begin in May.
