Rep Says Brooke Mueller Is Not In Rehab

Brooke Mueller is not in rehab, contrary to an online report, a rep for Brooke told Access Hollywood on Wednesday.

“Brooke is not in rehab. She elected to receive professional help in an area called stress management,” the rep said. “Brooke recognized it would be in her best interest to deal with personal issues involving stress that had the potential of challenging her sobriety. So by seeking guidance, she’ll be able to resist returning to old behavior patterns.”

On Tuesday, a report online stated that Brooke had “fallen off the wagon” and planned to check into a 30-day rehab facility.

Brooke’s rep also told Access that Brooke would be at “an undisclosed location” for two to three weeks receiving stress management assistance, and is not being treated for substance abuse, nor is she in a drug rehab center.

Brooke is reportedly in the process of divorcing Charlie Sheen. Both TMZ and Radar Online reported about a Stipulated Judgment, which had not yet been filed with the courts. TMZ even posted the yet to be filed documents. The purported Stipulated Judgment, if filed with the court, appears to set for the couple’s agreement if a Dissolution of Marriage is ultimately filed.

In February, TMZ and E! Online reported that Brooke was spending time in a rehab facility following a court appearance in Aspen, Colo., regarding Charlie’s December 25 arrest. A week before the news broke, a that she was planning to look into inpatient rehab facilities.
