Paris Hilton Speaks Out About Why She Ended Her Engagement To Chris Zylka

Paris Hilton speaks out for the first time publicly about breaking off her engagement to Chris Zylka.

On Thursday, the 37-year-old business mogul appeared on “The Talk” where she discussed her recent split from her ex-fiancé just a few weeks ago.

“When I fall in love, I fall in love fast and hard,” she explained.

“It was this whirlwind romance and I’ve always been obsessed with Disney stories and love stories, and I thought it was going to be my happy ending. I just realized after time that it just wasn’t the right decision.”

Since the split, Paris expressed that she will be having a lot more “me time” and focus on her work.

The TV personality made sure to share her best wishes for Chris and hopes that she can find her happy ending someday.

“I wish him the best and one day I would love to get married and have children, but for now I’m just focused on myself.”

A source close to Paris confirmed to Access on November 19 that the couple had split and that Paris planned to focus on her work as a DJ and her fashion line. At the time, she was traveling in Dubai and Australia for work.

“She is promoting her skincare and fragrance lines,” the source added.

Paris and Christ got engaged in early 2018 and began dating in 2017.
