Twitter Came After The Queen For The Inappropriate Placement Of A Very Extra Golden Piano
As tradition that began in 1952, Queen Elizabeth II delivered her annual Christmas speech that broadcasted across the world on Dec 25.

The Queen discussed family, friendship, faith and the importance of respect for one another in her brief monologue – a typical script to be expected from the monarch.
However, Her Majesty’s positive message was lost to some degree due to the very lavish gold piano in the background.
Twitter users thought it was rather awkward that the leader of one of the richest families in the world thought it was appropriate to preach about respect and mutual understanding while surrounded by identifiers of extreme wealth – including one very extra musical instrument.
It’s safe to say that Twitter was pissed:

Hundreds of thousands of people are visiting food banks because they can’t afford to eat and 1 in 200 people are homeless. But it’s all good, cause the Queen is here to tell us to be nice in front of her golden bloody piano. 🤦♂️ https://t.co/yBxnVF4nMc

Children are dying all over the World because there isn’t funding for vaccinations or even simple food supplies. To know that, and have to endure the Queens come together speech, in front of a gold piano, is sickening. Words will never fully express my disgust. #QueensSpeech

However, some users thought the backlash was unnecessary and are here to say, “God save the Queen!”
