Colleen Ballinger Reveals Her Baby Boy’s Name In New YouTube Video

Colleen Ballinger has finally decided on a name for her bundle of joy – so haters back off!

The internet star (A.K.A. Miranda Sings) revealed the name of her son on Sunday, Dec. 16, on her personal YouTube channel.

While holding her newborn boy, born on Dec. 10, the 32-year-old told the story of how she and her fiancé Erik Stocklin landed on the name.

“Naming a human is so hard!” she said. “It’s a big responsibility to name someone, and then they’re going to be called that for the rest of their life.”

“We weren’t the type who went through a baby book and tried to pick out a name based on what was cool,” the Netflix star explained. “We wanted to pick something that meant a lot to us and had family history.”

She revealed that she and her fiancé referred to the baby as “baby” or “bunny” until they made their decision.

“His first, middle and last name are all family names that mean a lot to us,” she said.

Flynn is her fiancé’s and his father’s middle name and happens to be Erik’s great-great-great-great grandfather’s surname!

“We think it’s cool and different. I don’t know anyone named Flynn,” she said. “I haven’t ever heard of someone named Flynn, except for Flynn Rider (from ‘Tangled’)!”

 Regardless of other’s opinions, Colleen is happy with her choice and “doesn’t care” what any haters have to say!
