John Stamos Charged With DUI For June Arrest

John Stamos has been charged with driving under the
influence in connection with his June
arrest.

The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office announced
on Thursday that the 52-year-old “Full House” star faces one misdemeanor
count of driving while under the influence of drugs.

Stamos is scheduled for arraignment on October 16 at Los
Angeles County Superior Court, Airport Branch. The District Attorney’s Office
noted that the actor’s attorney can appear in court on his
client’s behalf.

The actor, who is producing and starring in the upcoming Netflix series “Fuller
House,” was arrested on June 12 in Beverly Hills after allegedly behaving
strangely and driving erratically.

Following his June arrest, the actor reportedly entered
rehab for substance abuse.

In July, he spoke out about his time away on Twitter.

If convicted, Stamos could face a possible maximum sentence
of six months in county jail.
