Lindsay Lohan & Chris Brown’s Day In Court

Lindsay Lohan and Chris Brown continue with their legal woes on Thursday.

The 23-year-old actress is scheduled for a progress report related to her probation stemming from her 2007 charges of drug use and DUI.

Lohan’s attorney told Access Hollywood that if her progress report is in good standing that she will not be required to appear before the judge at the Beverly Hills courthouse. At this point, she is not expected to be present in court on Thursday.

In October 2009, Lohan’s probation was extended from three years to four, in order for her to serve out the terms of her probation – which includes drug classes – after she took time off to work.

Chris Brown, on the other hand, will be appearing before a judge today.

The 20-year-old singer will be present at the Los Angeles Criminal Courthouse for a progress report on his probation related to the February 8, 2009 assault of then-girlfriend Rihanna.

The judge in Brown’s case has required that the R&B singer be present at each progress report.

Brown was sentenced to five years probation and during that time he is not allowed to contact his former girlfriend.
