Lindsay Lohan Wants Her Fans To Get Out The Vote

America goes to the polls today, and Lindsay Lohan wants to make sure all of her fans cast a ballot.

The actress took to her MySpace Celebrity blog Monday stressing the importance of showing up at the polls.

“I cannot say how important it is for everyone to get out there and vote,” Lindsay wrote. “The future of our country depends on it. Just one vote can make such a difference…”

“Vote-because your thoughts are worth it..VOTE-because YOU can make this country a better place…VOTE-because you can,” she continued.

Lindsay made it clear who she was throwing her support behind when it came to the race for President.

“Obama for president,” she wrote.

Lindsay was also outspoken about California’s Proposition 8 — which, if passed, would alter the state’s constitution to define marriage as only between a man and a woman, writing, “VOTE NO ON PROP 8.”
