‘Bridgerton’ Star Oli Higginson Announces New Single ‘People Pleaser’
From “Bridgerton” to new music!
Star Oli Higginson announced the release of an all new single, “People Pleaser” under his music project Modern Oli.
The new track explores various themes including “the addictive cycle of seeking approval at the expense of personal identity,” per a press release.
“This was one of the first songs I’ve written that isn’t about love or relationships.It’s about that strange, sometimes funny, sometimes dangerous tendency to lose yourself in trying to be what everyone else wants,” Higginson explained in a statement.
“People Pleaser” is out Friday, May 8.
