Liv Tyler’s boyfriend, Dave Gardner, is one proud papa.

The dad Instagrammed a photo of the couple’s 3-day-old son’s tiny hand wrapped around a finger on Saturday.

Liv gave birth to the healthy baby boy prematurely on Wednesday, Access Hollywood confirmed.

Her dad, Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, posted on Facebook on Friday that he rushed to the hospital to be by his daughter’s side and meet his new grandchild.

“When I got the call that Liv Tyler was going into labor, after crying like a baby myself, I immediately dropped everything and went to to the airport to get on the next available flight,” he captioned a photo with his two daughters, Liv and Mia, in the delivery room. “When I landed I kept calling my daughter Mia Tyler who was already helping Liv and she kept giving me minute by minute updates, ‘HURRY THE BABY IS COMING!’ I made it RIGHT in time before my second grandson entered this world. It was another (God wink) moment of a lifetime for me.”

Mia also posted a family photo on Facebook on Friday to welcome her nephew.

“There is nothing more special than helping to bring a life into this world with the most important people in your life,” she wrote at the time. “So proud to be a part of it. And so very excited to have a new pup in our wolf pack. So much love in this pic.”

This is the first child the “Leftovers” star and Dave have welcomed together. They both have other sons from previous relationships. Liv has Milo William Langdon, 10, with ex-husband Royston Langdon and Dave has Grey, 7, with ex-wife Davinia Taylor.
