Bobbi Kristina Brown’s Family To Hold Public Vigil; Praying ‘For A Miracle’
The family of Bobbi Kristina Brown will hold a candlelight vigil for the ailing daughter of the late Whitney Houston and Bobby Brown.
The family is hoping that the 21-year-old will miraculously recover after she was found unresponsive in her bathtub, and will give the public a chance to join with them in prayer on Monday night, according to People.
The vigil, dubbed “Shining a Light for Healing,” will be held just outside of Atlanta at the Riverdale, Georgia’s Amphitheater in Riverdale Town Center, the mag reported.
“There has been no change [in her condition],” a member of the Brown family told the mag. “We are hoping that God will see fit to perform a miracle in her, so that he will get the glory.”
Another family source told the mag that “Everyone is praying.”
“We have laid hands on Krissi and have been praying for a miracle,” the source said. “I don’t know why that is so controversial. If it were your child, you would do the same thing. Where there is life, there is hope.”
As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Bobbi Kristina remains hospitalized in Atlanta at Emory University Hospital.
