FARRAH SCARE: The source of a new cancer-scare story about Farrah Fawcett is the National Enquirer, but the Enquirer was way ahead of everybody else the first time around. The mag revealed months ago that she was fighting anal cancer. Now Enquirer say she’s had a re-occurrence and that it’s being treated with a radioactive seed. Still trying to get through to her people for comment. And we’re talking with a medical expert about what it might mean… stay tuned.

SUDDENLY IN LOVE: Kate Walsh oughta take her hot streak to Vegas before it cools off. “Grey’s Anatomy” made the 39 year old actress a Big Name almost over night, then a couple weeks ago her spin-off pilot “Private Practice” got picked up and today her people confirm she’s getting married to a younger Fox executive.

THIS IS REALITY: Posh Spice (aka Mrs. David Beckham) spotted in-bound at LAX the other night, wading through a crowd of fotogs looking like she’s gonna seize the L.A. spotlight, like she’s been threatening to do for months. Then she stopped, went back and did it again. A scene from her upcoming Reality show.

PASSING: Yolanda King, the 51 year old daughter of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. and Coretta Scott King has died. She was felled, apparently by a heart condition, at her home in Santa Monica on Tuesday. King was a producer, writer, motivational speaker and actress. Ironically, she played the part of Civil Rights pioneer Rosa Park in a 1978 mini-series about her father’s life.

PEN PARIS: No more text messaging for the Heiress but that doesn’t mean she won’t be reachable – it just might take a while longer to get a response. When Paris enters Century Regional Detention Facility the only mail from her pen pals will have to come from the Post Office. All you have to have is her Inmate number, the address and a 41-cent stamp. Better start your letters and care packages now, since she may not be in for as long as the original 45-day sentence. Wonder if she will forward her fan mail to Lynwood, too?

WATCH OUT POKY!: Got a great Media Alert the other day. The Poky Little Puppy Summer Tour is coming to Los Angeles. This is the same Poky of the beloved children’s book that has sold 15 million copies since 1942. But have you checked out the Poky story-line lately? The Hollywood PC Police will have a field day fixing Poky.

In the book: Poky and his siblings dig under a fence to go exploring but Poky gets away.

In the PC version: Poky will turn himself in to his parents and accept responsibility for his actions.

In the book: Poky finally comes home after his siblings are asleep, finds and eats an entire rice pudding.

In the PC version: He will not binge on sugar and carb laden snacks late at night.
In the Book: In the end siblings get Strawberry Shortcake but Poky is sent to bed with nothing, feels depressed

In the PC version: Punishment could lead scarring when Poky becomes adult dog. He gets to share.
