Foo Fighters Fight Marvel: The rock band is susing Marvel Studios for alleged copyright infringement, E! Online reports. The band accuses the studio of using two of their songs for a TV trailer without the band’s permission. The band alleges that Marvel used “substantial excerpts” of their songs “Best of You” and “Free Me,” in a teaser for the upcoming animated series “Wolverine and the X-Men.” In ‘The Foo Fighters vs. The X-Men,’ we wonder… who would win?!
