Offset Crashes Cardi B’s Performance At Rolling Loud To Beg For Forgiveness
Offset isn’t giving up on his marriage.
The Migos rapper, 27, made a surprise appearance onstage during estranged wife Cardi B’s set at Rolling Loud on Saturday, Dec. 15, to apologize and beg for forgiveness following their split. Offset surprised the crowd at the Banc of California Stadium in Los Angeles when he interrupted the “Money” rapper’s performance with flowers, a cake and a display with the words, “Take Me Back Cardi.”

The viral moment was captured on video by fans in the audience. However, Cardi didn’t seem impressed by her husband’s public plea. In the clip, the two can be seen exchanging words before Offset exits the stage and she has the gifts and props removed.

But Cardi later raised eyebrows when she defended Offset in an Instagram Live video after he was heavily criticized online for the grand gesture. “Even though me and my baby’s father we not on the right page right now, not seeing each other eye to eye, I don’t want people talking crazy about him because, at the end of the day, that is my child’s father,” she said.
She later clarified her stance in a couple more videos on her Instagram account. “I appreciate all the love! But what I need most right now from my fans is support and respect,” she captioned one.

She added in a second, ”I just don’t like that bashing online thing. Earlier you just saw how Pete Davidson was talking about how he don’t even want to be on this earth because mad people be coming at him every single day. I wouldn’t want my baby father to have that feeling because of millions of people bashing him every day. That’s a nasty feeling.”

Meanwhile, Offset took to Twitter on Sunday, Dec. 16, to address his dramatic apology-gone-wrong. “All of my wrongs have been made public,” he tweeted. “i figure It’s only right that my apologies are made public too. A n***a was just trying …..thank god I ain’t got no balloons sheeesh.”
Amid rumors of his infidelity, the “Bad and Boujee” rapper previously asked for forgiveness on Instagram on Friday, Dec. 14, which was also his 27th birthday.
“I only got one birthday wish, and that’s to get my wife back, Cardi,” he said. “We going through a lot of things right now, a lot of things in the media. I wanna apologize to you, Cardi. You know, I embarrassed you. I made you look crazy. Doing things I ain’t have no business. I was partaking in activity that I shouldn’t have been taking in, and I apologize.”

The estranged couple tied the knot back in September 2017, and they welcomed their daughter Kulture this past July. Cardi announced their separation earlier this month on Instagram.
“We got a lot of love for each other, but things just haven’t been working out between us for a long time… and it’s nobody’s fault,” she said at the time. “I guess we grew out of love, but we are not together anymore. I don’t know it might take some time to get a divorce, and I’m going to always have a lot of love for him because he is my daughter’s father.”
