Dustin Hoffman will star alongside Emma Thompson in the romantic drama “Last Chance Harvey,” reports Variety.
The film follows a man down on his luck who finds an unlikely female companion while in London attending his daughter’s wedding.
It will be an on-screen reunion for Hoffman and Thompson who also starred in the Will Ferrell pic “Stranger Than Fiction.”
The Oscar-winning Hoffman will next be seen on the big screen alongside Natalie Portman and Jason Bateman in the fantasy “Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium.”
Thompson stars in the upcoming summer blockbuster “Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix.”

On the heels of his hit laffer “Knocked Up,” Seth Rogen’s “The Pineapple Express,” finally has a release date.
“Express,” which re-teams Rogen with comedy “Knocked Up” director Judd Apatow, has been slated for a Summer 2008 release, per Variety.
The stoner comedy follows a delinquent group of guys on the run from gangsters after one of them accidentally witnesses a drug-related murder.
The film also stars James Franco and Rosie Perez.
Rogen’s “Knocked Up,” co-starring Katherine Heigl, had an impressive opening at the box office, taking in over $30 million in its first weekend.

Get ready for the fur to fly as Warner Bros. has optioned a script based on the 1980s cartoon series-action figure line “Thundercats,” according to Variety.
The live action feature follows a group of humanoid cats that must flee their planet Thundera after it’s destroyed. Once crash-landing on a planet called Third Earth, Lion-O, Panthro, Cheetara, Tygra and friends must stop the evil sorcerer Mumm-Ra and his plans of destruction.
“Thundercats” is the latest popular cartoon/toy line picked up by Warner Bros., following the pick ups of “He-Man” and the DC comic book series Teen Titans”.
