Katy Perry’s & Sofia Vergara’s VMA Workout Secrets

Sunday’s MTV Video Music Awards showed off plenty of flesh and Access Hollywood has the stars’ secrets to keeping their bodies banging!

Singer Katy Perry told Access it’s all about what she eats.

“I eat lots of spinach, sides of spinach!” Katy told Shaun Robinson. “And, I do a lot of jumping rope.”

“Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara told Access she doesn’t mind a few curves.

“You have to do everything in moderation. I think the older you get, you need a little bit of meat on you for the face,” she told Shaun. “And you need to enjoy life… work out, [but], try not to over do anything.”

Bravo star and new mom Bethenny Frankel said she’s also a fan of not overdoing it.

“I honestly work out probably like two to three times a week, not that much,” she said on the VMA white carpet. “But, I do yoga and I eat fairly well.”

Former “The Hills” star and new “Dancing with the Stars” contestant Audrina Patridge reveled to Access that her rehearsals for the ABC series have toned most of her already fit body.

“My legs, my back muscles… arms… my muscles on the side of my stomach – everything,” she said when asked which body parts are seeing results following her “DWTS” training.
