‘Survivor’ & ‘The Amazing Race’s’ Rob & Amber Welcome A Daughter

Rob and Amber Mariano, stars of “Survivor,” “The Amazing Race” and “Rob and Amber: Against the Odds,” are embarking on their biggest challenge yet – parenthood!

According to People, the reality couple welcomed their first child on the Fourth of July at Sacred Heart Hospital in Pensacola, Fla., Rob, 33, revealed to the mag.

Amber, 30, gave birth to daughter Lucia Rose, who weighed in at 6 lbs., 11.5 oz. and measured just over 19 in. long.

The couple honored Rob’s great-grandmother, who died on the Fourth of July, by naming their baby’s middle after her.

“Lucia is a great eater and sleeps a lot, however she tends to be a bit of a night owl like her daddy at times,” he said. “She is a perfect baby and we could not have asked for anything more. We are over the moon with happiness at her arrival!”

The couple met during their time on 2004’s “Survivor: All-Stars,” with Rob proposing during the show’s finale.

They wed on April 16, 2005.
