LOS ANGELES, Calif. (November 21, 2007) – Alicia Keys had a huge debut on the charts with her third studio album, “As I Am,” debuting at No. 1 with 742,000 copies sold.

Alicia was followed by Josh Groban’s “Noel” with 223,000 copies and Celine Dion’s “Taking Chances” with 214,000.

Fans were also buying compilations, with “Now 26” coming in at No. 4 and Garth Brooks’ “The Ultimate Hits” rounding out the top 5 albums.

Britney Spears’ album, “Blackout,” dropped 16 spots to #23 with 52,000 copies sold.

Keys was also hot in the world of digital downloads with her lead single, “No One,” jumping to No. 1.

The fans were also loving, Flo Ride feat. T-Pai’ns “Low,” which came in at No. 2, followed by Timbaland feat. OneRepublic’s “Apologize,” right behind at No. 3.
