Josh Duggar Thanks Dad Jim Bob In Father’s Day Video Tribute
Josh Duggar continued his return to social media, in honor of Father’s Day.
The “19 Kids and Counting” star shared a heartfelt video tribute to dad Jim Bob on the family’s website on Sunday, thanking the Duggar patriarch for his love and support “through the hard times and through the good times.”
Until recently, Josh had been keeping a low profile since his molestation scandal broke in May. As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, the 27-year-old first resurfaced on June 16 to wish his son Michael a happy birthday via Instagram.

In Sunday’s message, Josh stepped in front of the camera to recall the fond memories and important lessons he’s been given from his own father over the years.
“I can remember as a little boy, riding the tow truck with you and spending all those hours together,” he began. “And then as I grew up a little bit, we were at the car lot together and I can remember learning how to do business deals and fill out the paperwork and all those things.”

Josh continued, shifting focus to more recent events and sharing gratitude on behalf of the whole family.
“And then later on, when we built a house together and we spent three and a half years learning about construction and all the joys and sorrows of that,” he said. “I know that your investment in each one of our lives is priceless and we’re so grateful for you. And I’m grateful that you are the grandpa to our grandkids or your grandkids and we’re just so grateful for your investment in our lives. Happy Father’s Day.”
Josh’s wife of seven years, Anna, stood by his side throughout the clip and offered Jim Bob some appreciation of her own.
“Thank you for raising such an awesome husband,” she smiled to her father-in-law.

Six of Josh’s 18 siblings also posted personal tributes, including sisters Jill and Jessa. Despite their efforts to return slowly to the public eye, Josh and Anna skipped a scheduled appearance at the ALIVE Christian Music Festival in Ohio over the weekend, which Jill, Jessa and their respective husbands all attended.
“19 Kids and Counting” has yet to be officially canceled, but TLC and Hulu have pulled the hit reality series from their lineups indefinitely.
