John Stamos Shares First Post-Rehab Update: ‘I’m Back’

John Stamos has come out of rehab swinging. 

The actor, 51, shared his first social media update on Friday since entering treatment for substance abuse in June. 

“I’m back! Took a month to take care of things. Healthy. Feeling grateful for the love & support of family & friends,” he Tweeted, including a picture of himself sparring with a boxing bag.

As previously reported on AccessHollywood.com, Stamos sought help following a DUI arrest and brief hospitalization on June 12. 

The former “Full House” and “ER” actor is next starring in upcoming Fox comedy “Grandfathered,” premiering Sept. 29, and will appear in Netflix spin-off “Fuller House” in 2016.
