Victoria Beckham penned a sweet note on Instagram on Thursday, thanking her husband, David Beckham, for his support after she received an honor in the UK.

The Spice Girl and fashion designer posted a pic showing her with Becks and her parents, and the OBE (Order of the British Empire) medal she was presented with.
